Upholstery and carpet cleaning solutions have been an iffy subject for me over the years. I actually broke down and bought myself a heated carpet extractor to do regular cleanings of my vehicles. Just purchased a 2014 Super Duty and in 3 days have managed to stain the console with grease from being a mechanic (i try and scrub up but i had to run and grab parts before the store closed) and even had mcdonalds french fry grease soak through the bag and into a seat. Tried some blue magic stuff and another blue coral brand bottle from the local parts peddlers. Neither worked. Seeing the meguairs stuff and knowing how well their products work i gave it a shot. IT WORKS. Sprayed it down, let it soak for a few seconds and scrubbed lightly with a terry cloth and it all came out. Smells good to boot. I did try for color fastness on the underside of a rear seat before i went to town. I suggest you do the same.
