3M Engine and Tire Dressing, 55 gal. (3M 38126) - Water-based silicone emulsion concentrate, designed to restore a deep black appearance on tires, hoses and rubber moldings, and a clean new look on vinyl, plastic, and other low gloss or flat painted surfaces. Directions for Use:1. Add 1 part concentrate to 1 part water. 2. Apply a uniform coating directly onto the surface and allow to dry naturally. Tips:- For higher gloss, use 3M Engine
